How to change the colour of a tag

This tutorial shows you how to update the colour of a tag in ChatSilo so you can visually distinguish between your contact groups at a glance.

Step 1: Launch ChatSilo and Hover Over Your Tag

Navigate to facebook.com/messages and click the ChatSilo extension icon in your browser toolbar to open the extension panel. Then, hover over the tag whose colour you want to change.

Tip: Tag colours are especially useful when you have several tags with similar names — a distinct colour makes the right one instantly recognisable.

Step 2: Open the Colour Picker

With your cursor hovering over the tag, click the colour pen icon that appears next to the tag name. A colour picker panel will open, displaying your available colour options.

Step 3: Select Your New Colour

Click on the colour you want to apply to the tag from the colour picker panel. The tag will update immediately to reflect your chosen colour.
