How to recover my chatsilo license

If you find yourself locked out of Chatsilo and need to recover your license key, don't worry. 

Follow these simple steps to regain access to your Chatsilo account:

1. Locate the browser extension tray and click on the chatsilo icon.

2. Look for the "Forgot License Key?" link below the input field and click on it.

3. A new window or tab will open, prompting you to enter your registered email address.

4. Type in the email address associated with your Chatsilo account, which should be the same one you used to purchase Chatsilo. 

Then click on the "Send My License" button.

5. Now, open your email inbox and look for the latest email sent from "Chatsilo."

Tip: If you can't find the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder as well.

6. Open the email from Chatsilo, and within it, you will find your license key. Copy the license key from the email.

7. Return to Chatsilo and paste the license key you copied into the input field

Click on the Sign In button to proceed.

Congratulations! You now have access to your Chatsilo account once again.
