How to chat with contact

Steps

If you find it difficult to navigate to  a chat from the messenger app, here’s a simple shortcut to start a chat with a contact on your Chatsilo extension. 

1. Launch your Chatsilo extension, located at the top right of your browser. Select the tag that stores the contact you want to chat with. 

2. Type in the contact name in the search bar highlighted below.

3. Click on the three dot menu beside the contact. A list of options will appear. Go ahead and click on chat.

You’ll be automatically directed to the chat box on messenger to carry on with your conversation.
