How to Create a Template Message in ChatSilo WebApp

In ChatSilo, template messages are a powerful tool for streamlining your communication and saving time when sending repetitive messages. This tutorial will guide you through the steps to create a template message in ChatSilo WebApp.

1. Log In to ChatSilo WebApp

Open your web browser and navigate to the ChatSilo WebApp.

Log in to your ChatSilo account using your credentials.

2.Select Templates from the Sidebar

Once you are logged in, you will be on the ChatSilo dashboard.

Look for the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen.

Locate and click on the "Templates" option to access the templates section.

3. Add a New Template Folder

In the Templates section, you will see a list of existing folders.

To create a new folder, click the "Add new folder" button located in the top-right corner of the Templates section.

4. Enter Folder Name and Save

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter a folder name.

Type in a descriptive name for your new template folder.

After entering the folder name, click on the checkmark icon or "Save" button to save the folder.

5. Confirmation

The new template folder will now be added to your list of template folders.

You will receive a notification confirming that the folder has been successfully created.

6. Add a Message to the Folder

To add a message to the folder you just created, locate the folder in the list of template folders.

Click on the folder to open it.

7. Create and Save Template Message

Inside the folder, you will find an area to create your template message.

Enter the content of your template message in the provided text box.

After composing your message, click the "Save" button to save the template message within the folder.

Congratulations! You've successfully created a template message in ChatSilo WebApp. You can now easily access and use this template when composing messages, saving time and ensuring consistency in your communication.
