How to Tag a Contact from a Facebook Group Using ChatSilo

This tutorial walks you through how to add any Facebook group member to a ChatSilo tag — even if you're not a group admin.

Step 1: Open the Facebook Group

Step 2: Go to the Members Tab

Inside the group, click on the Members tab near the top of the group page.

Note: Depending on your group type and Facebook's interface, this tab may appear as Members or People.

Step 3: Find the Contact and Click the + Button

Browse through the list of group members and locate the contact you want to tag. When you find them, click the (+) plus button next to their name to start the tagging process.

Step 4: Select Tags and Update

In the pop-up dialog that appears, select all the tags you want to assign to this contact. Once you've made your selections, click the Update Tag button to save.

Note: You can assign multiple tags to a contact in one go. If the tag you need doesn't exist yet, create it first from the ChatSilo extension panel before repeating these steps.
